FMA brotherhood. It follows the manga which is, quite frankly, so well thought out that there are very few criticisms to give it.
Nothing tops it. The only issue you’ll have from watching it is you’ll never find anything better.
Edit: honestly can’t believe I’m the first here to say it. There’s a few other good ones listed, but of all them I still put FMAB above them. It’s seriously the gold standard for a show with an amazing and a fairly concise plot (~60 some episodes).
Forgot to mention, Chainsaw Man was awesome in a ridiculous over the top kinda way.
Ive been watching Naruto with my 9 years old daughter since she was 7 I think. Had been maybe 10 years since I had last watched it but never finished it. Now we are near the end of shippuden, at least it’s stuff I had never seen before. We will probably watch boruto after. But anyway, cant say im a huge fan. I used to read the first old dragon balls when i was at high school, those were nice haha. Thats what introduce me to the genre.
Ghost in the shell was a nice one
I loved Full metal alchemist, but never finished it.
I never finished it, but I tell myself I should. It may be a show I get back into if it gets a second or third season. If you like demon slayer and AOT I’d recommend FMAB like I just stated, but also code geass and death note. My hero academia is up there too.
There’s another great show called to your eternity and the soundtrack really makes that show work. It’s less action based though.
The CGI live action one was nice in a way.
Especially getting to see some of Motoko’s back story and meeting her mom but, overall I still think the OG movie was alot better. Especially the spider tank thing twards the end and when they showed the tree of life carved into the wall.
For me my introduction was Akira back in the day.
This.
The original FMA anime is also good, even if it did deviate from the manga. Though, I guess that is what happens when an anime starts when the manga hasn’t concluded yet (and don’t want to do the Shonen thing of fillers).
Love me some pokemon
Konosuba, with FMAB in really close second.
A Wind Named Amnesia.
Cowboy Bebop has aged like fine wine.
The only animes I like are Bo-Bo-Bo, Pokémon, and Yu-Gi-Oh.
FMA and brotherhood are great.
ghost stories english dub. Probably not one of my favorites, but its very existence is really interesting, gotta have some tolerance for offensive jokes though.
log horizon, I thought it handled the “I’m trapped in an mmo!” premise a lot better than most
There’s probably better ones I can’t think of off the top of my head as well.
The Flintstones? Idk I’m old.
Kono Suba, a must watch for anyone who plays WoW.
Hellsing Ultimate.
Not going to say the top favorites but Hitman Reborn was a good series…when it got going
Tiger & Bunny such a fun take on super heroes.
hello friend
