Don’t know if it counts but I hated the idea of the Ember Court and only bought the upgrade for completion’s sake.
But now next reset I’ll have Best Friends status with every possible guest.

When I first reached Maldraxxus, the second zone in the quest on rails experience.
Getting to see Kael’thas dragged around in chains and yelled at about how he’s a horrible person has been the highlight of my Shadowlands experience.
Oh, this is a close second to Kael’thas getting taken down ten thousand notches. xD

I don’t know that anything in Shadowlands compare to Drustvar. That was such an awesome zone. I hope the people who created it got a bonus.
But if I had to choose a moment, it was when I realized that the seed we were caring for was Ysera. The music and all the people of Ardenweald following us was moving.
