I was a mortician for many years, but now I’m back in school studying addiction counseling.
Engineering Technician.
I build topographic maps for design and draft up legal documents for licensed surveyors to sign. So…basically the worker bee. But someday I’ll be licensed.
Edit: And by night I’m your Warchief. There I said it.
I’m an author. I got started on WoW fanfiction back in 2005, so in a way I owe this game my career.
Same here, homemaker. I love to cook, so there are benefits to it.
Prior to having my 2 (soon to be 3, and NO MORE) wild children, I was a veterinary assistant, but studied Environmental Science with marine emphasis.
Maybe someday I’ll have the ability to pursue a career again. Would be nice.
I’m a brewer, a turn of events that makes me very happy.
Of course, I’m primarily a brewer of nonalcoholic beverages and pickles for a VERY small store, so I do wear a lot of hats while waiting for things to ferment.
…And in my spare time, I’m a volunteer firefighter/emt. None of it pays well, but it’s enough and it makes me proud of what I do. And I also sometimes hawk my art to pay vidja game subscriptions and whatnot.
Thank you for introducing this to me, I’ll look into more of the videos. Much appreciated!

Army medic. I’ve been doing it for 8 years now.
I do a job that’s comparable to a certified nurse’s assistant but doing more than what CNAs normally do at a group home for people with mental and physical disabilities. Easily both the best job I’ve had.
Disability pensioner, lol.
Before my health condition worsened, I did tourism research for a travel company. I seriously never want to stay in another theme park resort in my life.
I do QA/QC in a pharmacy which supplies bulk orders to hospitals and aged care facilities.

Global Security Analyst for LinkedIn (contractor). I keep people safe when they’re traveling by monitoring global events near their hotels. I also monitor local events near LI sites. Sometimes we are tasked with drafting up documents stating whether a travel location or prospective site is safe or not.
