I felt like in Orgrimmar specifically, they didn’t want the warlocks to be hidden away because they wanted the warlocks to always be within axe-reach of the nearest grunt just in case they stepped out of line.
It was kind of a cool subversion how the warlocks in Org got to have a vaguely heroic last stand against Garrosh’s forces in Siege of Orgrimmar
I feel like the super sneaky era of warlocks is a relic at this point
we’ve literally had an entire army of half-demon elves who walk around in plain view for 6 years now
I don’t think they necessarily hide themselves away totally. But like, I doubt it’s considered socially acceptable for a warlock to walk around the city with like 12 imps, any more than it is for a death knight to walk up to the local graveyard and summon a ghoul.
Plus I suspect that Demon Hunters, Death Knights and Warlocks aren’t exactly regarded fondly by the average citizen.
shows up with his arms filled with his gaggle of imps
what do you mean no imps allowed???
Come at me bro.
Back on topic.
What is Bastion? Who are the night Fae? My character never went to the Shadowlands.
A giant hole open over Icecrown, undead went crazy, the hole close later.
My character continue to do his day to day on Azeroth.
Any and all other worldly travels. Outland, WoD, Argus, ect. My IC characters never went there.
Can you IC decide you did go but just didn’t like it very much?
Isn’t that what most people who went decided?

Forum’s haunted.
Rerolling Dracthyr means my character had nothing to do with anything that has happened in about 10,000 years. Shadowlands who?
I’m… just not messing with SL ever again.
So, none of my characters just are even going to acknowledge it.
