This is really a non-issue as there are addons and even Blizzard’s own ui which can give class colors to HP bars so enemy player classes are unmistakable.

Shadow priest is more void/psychic stuff.
Affliction is really the only ‘death magic’ themed spec outside of unholy. Spells like drain soul, haunt, siphon life, deathbolt, as well as baseline things like fear, drain life, mortal coil, soulstone, curses, soul shards, etc. The legion aff artifact was also literally a necromancer weapon.
