Making it percentile based and adding back rating decay just promotes, forces, participation. If the cost is a meaningless achieve being more difficult to keep, I guess that’s an unfortunate side effect. But, I’m just suggesting things that have already existed in the game.
It’s always a trade off, I just think promoting participation and reducing sitting end up being better. Really the rating system just needs a redesign though in my laymen opinion.
