No matter what chair you get, here’s my advice:
If at all possible, don’t order online! Go somewhere that has the chairs in stock so you can actually sit in them to test them.
Get a thick seat cushion.
If the arm rests are not padded, pick up some of the cheap armrest pads on Amazon.
Mind your posture while seated.

Please take this advice from Izhana seriously. Take the time to make the proper adjustments.
And finally, no matter which seating you go with please remember that a great deal of the discomfort we feel isn’t caused by a bad chair, it’s from sitting for too long. Even if you have to set an alarm to remind you, get up every hour or so and walk around and stretch.

There because they are not real leather it’s bonded leather, what most of gaming chairs made of

I’ll second a Secret Labs recommendation. Also Aeron or Herman Miller.

And in a few years you’ll be spending a lot more to treat back and neck pain.

Get a big and tall office chair instead of “gaming” chairs. They’re heavy duty and won’t disintegrate after a year.

I have an AKRacing Pro and it’s the comfiest seat in my house, I know that.

i got a cheap office chair from walmart… its worse than a stone slab… new cahir comes in Thursday

I bought the Emerge gaming chair from staples and it’s probably the best one I’ve owned so far.

I use a like $100 chair from WalMart, I don’t think they sell it anymore, I got it around 2013 and it’s all kinds of faded and the fake leather is flaking off but it has no functional problems so I’ll probably continue to use it until it eventually breaks

HERMAN MILLER X LOGITECH G $1,600 probably the best gaming chair ever made, lifetime warranty on mechanical parts…or

HERMAN MILLER Aeron Chair $1100 to $1600 depending on options.

I purchased the Aeron Chair with now working from home I was going to spend alot of time in a chair so I wanted the best, this is the chair that everyone copies so I got the original, go to their store.

These chairs are so good that 10 year old chairs sell for $600 -$700.

Everything else is cheaply made wanna be Herman Miller knockoffs. Herman Miller is made in USA.

Don’t buy an actual gaming chair. Find yourself a super comfy and sturdy office chair. Which one, I couldn’t tell you.

The Chair I have now Is a Automous ErgoChair Pro.
I picked it up off a offerup Guy who Is a Diver he had multiple brand new boxes of chairs and desks. $150 brand new. Was about 1 year and half ago today regret not going back for 2nds.

I don’t know about Gaming’’ Chair I never used one Unless you call a Kitchen chair with a paper taped sign 'Gaming"
Before my Ergo I used the Ikia MARKUS.
Was Comfy & at a good price.
