I just return to play MoP, last time I played was during Cataclysm, I remember infernos required decent ilvl to queue for what about those Celestial dungeons?
I can queue for it with ilvl 450 it seem? How hard are they and will people just kick a low gear player on sight?
Celestials are extremely easy. Just remember to grab your celestial buff at the start. It’s most of your damage. Yu’lon for casters. Xuen for melee and hunters. Chi’ji healers.
Celestials add 3 thunder king abilities that randomly trigger on boss mmechanics.a blue swirly to stand in or it spawns an add. A split damage circle to group up. A circle on a random player that stuns people not inside.
for the random player one that stun’s you, it will be very easy to spot since the person get’s very big, you can also dodge it via standing either higher or lower on a platform then the other person is, so if there is stair’s in the area you can go stand on them at a higher point or go further down them to avoid it that way.
I just started celestials with my family group and we went in there in a willy-nilly mix of PVP gear, leveling gear, and whatever we had to buy from the AH to get to the minimum item level. We were fine, and we are not especially gifted players. 
We’re a full group of five so I can’t speak to bad pugs or whether randoms will get sassy about your low item level, but mechanically you will be fine with the minimum.
Others have mentioned the special storm abilities, these are very bright and blue and I can’t imagine how many glasses of wine you’d have to have to miss them. Two of the three are just stacking on the affected player, and the third isn’t a super big deal if you screw it up because the add that spawns isn’t so scary.
So far the only hard thing for me has been Taran Zhu because the button to clear your burning hatred covers the button to use your celestial ability, making it impossible to use the celestial ability. Or at least, I couldn’t find a way. I definitely had burning hatred about missing Chi-Ji’s happy bouncy beak.
yea during taran-zhu, first boss of stormstout brewery, an sometimes on the last boss of siege of nizauo temple you lose the ability to use the button. Stormstout brewery can be regrabbed via dropping the ring an then clearing your buff off to regrab it again.
