Gave up on tanking because guilds are usually set on them. So im on this DH now. 409 but i cant get a single accept. Trying to gear as quick as i can but man id love an invite
I got norm clears on my tank not sure if linking those achievements would help any. Havnt thought of trying that

ERP… Enterprise Resource Planning? I mean there is always a need for business to accelerate and perform but you do need to have risk management procedures in place.
Good luck finding a pug for Normal TEP that isn’t trying to just blaze through it as fast as possible. 410 is usually around what people want for a typical run.

I would have thought bare min would have been 420. 410 seems like a gift.

If you tried doing it within the first few weeks of 8.2 you could have gotten away with it. The longer the patch goes on, the higher the requirements for pugging
If your goal was to pug raid or join a guild raid team, melee DPS was a poor choice good luck getting an invite. Try ranged.
Normal drops 415 gear.
409 is perfectly fine even 400.
The issue is you are melee based, and melee has a harder time on several bosses because of the mechanics.
Most of the freaks in goldshire inn are less than 20
I went in at 406 last week.
Im a tank though, you probably need to be significantly higher at this point as DPS.
Norm EP drops 415 gear. So naturally you’ll need to be 420 to get in.

You’re good to start heroic at 420 if you know your spec reasonably well. lol
