A reminder to anyone thinking about Disney being more successful with Activision Blizzard than they are now.
Disney has failed time and time again to successfully break into the gaming market and have dumped their gaming IP’s in the trash at the first sign of failure or delivered them into the hands of an outsource company (EA).
Disney would kill Activision Blizzard and sell its parts off like scrap at a junk heap. It would be more humane to take Acti Blizz out behind the shed than to let Disney exploit it any worse than Robert Kottick has.

They actually do, which is why they have their own video game company, Disney Interactive Studios.
Disney could still buy up Blizzard just for the IPs. I could see them shutting Blizzard down and making awful Overwatch movies.

I don’t completely disagree, but China is the world’s fastest growing film industry and Warcraft is a property that is popular in China.
So the statement that nobody in the film industry is interested in Warcraft is not completely correct. Nobody in Hollywood is interested in making a second Warcraft movie but that doesn’t mean that someone somewhere isn’t at least thinking of the idea.
I don’t like what Disney does to movies so I’m against this. Original Blizz was awesome but then we got Activision/Blizz which is like looking for a full moon and only seeing half of it. Now it’s going to be Disney/Blizz? So it’s an eclipse while looking for the full moon now.
Disney/Blizz = Beginning of the end imo.
Disney can buy Activision. I don’t mind. But Blizzard better split from Activision first so Disney can keep their grimey little hands away from our games. They are horrible when it comes to games.

Look man, in the end if you enjoy what I would consider SJW heroes and stories good on you. I don’t know how successful they’ll be, but they aren’t for me. I just wish my favorite heroes didn’t have to be butchered for the sake of others’ preferences. That’s really it in the end…

Warcraft was financed and produced by Legendary Pictures. Legendary pictures is owned by Wanda Group, a Chinese multinational corporation. If they were interested enough to make a sequel, we would know about it already.
Again, nobody in the motion picture industry, in any country, is interested in producing a sequel to that dog of a movie.
