I’ve been leveling through dungeons all day. My spells have been killing it, saving lots of bad pulls. Now, suddenly my 164k (tooltip) Healing Surge is hitting people for 16k. Is it scaling me down that bad? I’m level 79 atm.
Probably. Scaling between high and low lvls has always been wonky
The scaling is comical tbh. Wowhead has a leveling article that tells you to get boosted by level 70s and 71s.
At 79 as a tank you won’t hold aggro and your damage will go from a million to 90k.

Just scaling. My healing surge hits for like 540,000 on a level 80 and like 60,000 on a level 70.
