back then it was new. Now people get used to it, and itâs trash content, why even bother. It would be actually easier and faster to find normal run with 470s RL group
I still run LFR even with that 2 hour wait time as dps. The short version of why lfr is as bad as it is would be that there is no reason to run lfr.
The long version is:
-In terms of gear, it is useless even for alts, is ugly, and has a super low chance to drop.
-LFR is also pointless to run for essences, each wing drops 1 piece of an essence and you need 15 for just the first rank.
-LFR also hardly drops any vanity items. The only boss worth farming is Jaina for the G.M.O.D.
-The only reason to run LFR in my opinion is for the quests and to a lesser extent the story. Once you run it you have no reason to go back.
-People keep getting burnt out with their daily chores on just their mains so they do not want to do anything on their alts, not even lfr.

Itâs what underachievers do to try and experience end game.
That would probably be worse than LFR (to make it queue able).
Even in LFR we have multiple people doing around 1k dps semi-afking.
There is no way making normal mode queue-able âbetterâ.

I wish we could queue like we do in LFR for mythics. Low level mythics, anyway.

Absolutely not. I LFRâd on a dozen characters and even as DPS it was reasonable. Thereâs no reason to do it in BFA because thereâs no tier and the transmog options are hot garbage.

Tbf, anything not a key or Mythic Raid should just be a que. I had three Nzoth groups, Heroic and Normal kick people for getting MC by either the playerâs stupidity or the tank never moving Psychus wiping himself or the melee DPS. Yet his DPS friend doing 15k doesnât even get touched since theyâre getting a carry.
And no one would do or could do anything since its not their group. So I really think they should finally make everything a que. I absolutely have hated finding groups, because somehow people think ret pallys canât throw decent DPS, yet Iâm always either the 2nd or 3rd best. Only getting beat by hunters or mages.

Yeah I only did LFR in Legion because of Legendaries otherwise I wouldnât have botheredâŚbasically the same reason I kept doing world quests.

She drops that mount in LFR but mekkatorque drops it in all the others? Thatâs weird.
thats because lfr gear is useless so nobody that knows how to play the game queues for it. if it had normal lvl rewards you would see better players joining.
Incentive to finish the wing, since Mekkatorque is the first boss in the wing.
If he dropped it, people would just kill Mekka and peace.

They have wings separated by location mostly.
So youâll have 2 boss wings, if its stuff like Nâzoth and Carapace, or Azshara and Zaâqul.
But in Dazarâalor, there was 3 seperate wings. Neutral (Grong, Jadefire, Paladin), Alliance (Opulence, Conclave, Rastakhan) and Horde (Mekka, Blockade, Jaina).

Have they said anything about bringing back tier sets next expac?
That is exactly what happened so they moved the mount onto jaina so that people would actually finish the wing.
No they werent even for DPS they were quick
LFR is still inferior, even on alts. You go straight from world quests and weekly quests to Normal. LFR is now strictly for people to experience the content on easy mode without the reward.
