Warcrafts current story focuses too much on Sylvanas. You can’t put someone like her at the reigns then not tell us what she’s doing after sniping Saurfang and throwing a hissy fit outside of Orgrimar when it completely contradicts her established character.
Our faction conflict was built up too strongly while disregarding the actual workings of the faction themselves, no self-respecting leader of the Horde should’ve stood for Sylvanases actions at Teldrassil.
Most of that logic only kicked in when Blizzard needed it to when it came to patch time and likely will be a reoccurring theme as we go into SLs, toiling to strengthen our Covenants only for them to be swept aside like so many dusty toys when Sylvanas actually start weighing in on the bigger picture.
