What game is sunshine and rainbows?

The only one that I’ve seen recently that everyone seems happy with is Helldivers 2. I don’t play it myself, but everything I see looks like they are having a great time with that game.

Single player ?

I know mario music is very beloved by millions worldwide.

But it makes me want to rip my ears out after 30 seconds.

So what’s your go to music while gaming? Death metal?

My ears are sensitive. Mario music is grating on them. I think its just their style of using the synthesizer.

I tend to listen to softer music at low volume.

In a twist of irony i sometimes have trouble processing what audio i hear. People can be speaking directly to me and it will just sound like “wah wuh wah”. Or they can be speaking softly on the other side of the room to someone else and i’ll hear them crystal clear.

Only on the forum, people in the game aren’t angry like they are here.

What’s Palia about?

Yoshi’s Story!

It’s a “cozy MMO.” It has quests and storyline, characters you can befriend or even romance, it’s based around housing, has gardening, mining, hunting, fishing, etc. No gear progression, no mobs that attack you. It does have events like the Maji Market a couple times a year, some seasonal events, too. It’s free. The only thing you pay for is extra fancy outfits if you want them.

In my experience, Warhammer players bond over their shared hatred for whatever BS Games Workshop is pulling this week.

Unironically Warframe.

Making this clickable

Palia is my happy place too. All the gathering, crafting, house building, furniture making, cooking, quests, etc. Cozy, friendly people, no death. No FOMO really. Cute and comfy. Also, no rain now that I think of it so I guess it is sunny, or at least clear at night.

i dont know why but the feeling of farming feels nice in palia plus i love bug catching for money.
i still really hope it pulls through despite the layoffs has a lot of potential for sure.

I played some of the early beta, didnt touch it afterwords. but i know ill prolly abandon it because of another mmo’s expansion coming out

Gaahr’s dating sim, it all starts in Thunderbluff :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Also we can catch bugs for flower seeds now! All the flowers to plant everywhere! I saw the notice about layoffs now that it has been Beta released on so many platforms. I did not get the impression they were planning on ending the game development or stopping future plans.
