I agree with this, because Devouring Plague wastes it too quickly if its single target and not much damage comes out of it. We’re missing out on a lot of dps on Mythic packs when we can’t build up Insanity fast enough. Especially if Shadow clash has only charge. You can use it every other pack, which is dps loss for us, while other classes get to aoe every pack and for a lot of damage.
