Reminds me of a lot of places, NYC, LA, San Diego, San Francisco, Oakland, Chicago, Detroit, Washington DC, Seattle, Portland OR, Philly, Miami, Orlando, St louis, Memphis, Nashville, Houston, Dallas/Ft Worth, San Antonio, pretty much any large city in the US where crime and government corruption are the rule of thumb.
