I feel like the average Hunter player can’t be relied on to even know which of their pets has bloodlust, and you mention off-tank pet but not misdirection?
I just made my own thread on this as im feeling at a dead end. I came back to this game expecting a semblance of what SP used to be, but it’s been gutted. Im going to try and roll and alt but will probably just give up and find a new game. Too much time invested
One of my good friends is a spriest and he’s done high keys with us before. We generally use him as a single target nuke and to MD–which is useful on bursting weeks.
Not saying it’s all sunshine and roses. Just pointing out a few things they can do that are helpful.
So others can profit from our Power Infusion? Yeah, over my dead body…
Beyond that? We have zero utility. On the other hand, we require zero utility from others. We’re essentially self sustaining and often the last ones standing on a wipe.
I keep saying it would be nice to get some kind of Black Hole style mass grip. And/or extra healing power (like in MoP).
People dont seem to care about that, they only imagine scenarios of everyone performing perfectly with no one barely taking any dmg and who has the most dps.
In keys I absolutely adore the shadow priest I run with for mass and disease dispell since it means everything is covered and I have a back up for bursting week.
She’s also really self sufficient and frees up certain packs for me to focus on damage when she pairs vampiric embrace with her cooldowns since it’ll put out alot of healing, they’re also useful for certain skips like in mist.
I think bringing back the mana regen portion of vampiric would be nice since resto shamans got mana tide totem and druids have innervate to give them some more special utility but they’re already super nice to have as a healer.
