Since Legion wow has subscribed to Parasitic Design (borrowed / temporary power systems).
If the next xpac has borrowed power (likely) then I won’t be playing. /shrug
Sure we’ve had borrowed power before legion, but it wasn’t an impactful in general via set bonuses. Some specs have been broken by set bonuses (WW monk), but that can be fixed one-off.
