What kind of jam/jelly do you make? We do pear, fig, muscadine, kudzu, strawberry, persimmon, and some pepper jam/jelly, and pepper sauces. Do you raise your own yeast for the bread? Most people don’t even know how good a homegrown sourdough is, MMMMmmmm. Farmers eat like kings.
