What do we want? High Elves!

then why do I see them? their mere existence is story.

Kul Tirans have an entire zone and are well loved, and the Lightforged have a bomb Space Marine feel.

Void Elves was Blizzard giving you the pretty elf model with blue-white eyes, but with a different skin tone and customization so you are actually distinct from a Blood Elf. High Elf Lore and Story is Blood Elf lore, and the lore that isn’t is a raindrop in a bucket in terms of being insignificant.

High Elves will never be a thing. Just let this thread die. You dont see me making 25 threads a month about Ankoan do you?

Who said I hate Void elves?

I like their aesthetic, they just have terrible lore and development. High elves were the obvious fit if Blizz worked a little harder to make that work, doesn’t mean they still can’t add them or an iteration of them.

Criticism does not equal hate.

LF Undead is tricky but I’m open to most ideas, they at least have a tad more background set up than Void elves did, the pre-BFA novel sets up the beginning of whatever Blizz has planned with Calias new “Light Undead” look.

I want ankoan and yeah maybe you should make 25 threads a month asking for them. Do what it takes to get what you want.

I am sorry you are not willing to put in the effort needed to get what you want.

also so many high elf threads get made because the megathread is constantly locked. We can’t exactly keep using a single thread if it always gets locked.

Also there are clear meme threads that are not made by our community.

Except Vanilla-legion.

But go off I guess.

Pretty sure Alliance Belfs (yes, Belfs, watch the Blizzcon TBC trailer) would only become a thing if Blizz, not ‘fans’, decide it’s part of the story they’re telling and want players to participate in. The whole idea of “lots of us want it so we deserve it” is totally narcissistic and makes me think of Steven King’s “Misery”. Ew.

Stamping my feet and spamming the thread isn’t how you get things in life. That usually gets you spurned.

I’d say Vanilla-Bfa …they’re pretty much still around :X

Oh. You mean, the grand, rich lore of being a Dalaran plant and doing nothing outside of that? The “helf faction leader” uses Nelf voice lines.

They’re a throwaway faction.

There hasn’t been any story for the High Elves since the Third War. The only things that have been part of is some of the Human vs Orc conflicts during WoW History.

Well, not excactly part of Human Vs Orc conflict, but been involved in some of the expansions stories on Alliance.

LOL, ok,:+1:

They definitely are, Blizz is still consciously putting them in there on our side, something our anti friends seem to ignore.

I said through Legion because they went out of their way to differentiate them from all the other elves in suramar.

Obviously, they’re still around with the Alliance.

They’re becoming sentient :robot::robot::robot:

Not for long. With N’zoth freed it’s tentacle time!

Void Elves > High Elves

This is undisputed fact.

We ignore them huh?

Let me ask you this, lets just use 1 example:

The High Elves from the SC you see on the Isle of Thunder: Are they part of today’s story, or are they locked into that timeline of when that zone was current?

Actually they were Sin’dorei before they became Ren’dorei

There is no distinction between High Elves and Blood Elves besides the former being traitors.

And guess what, Sin’dorei is also Quel’dorei, so Ren’dorei is also just like the Sin’dorei, they’re both Quel’dorei.

you say potato I say potato.

High elves are the loyal ones and blood elves are the traitors.

The alliance above the nation.
