Honestly, I don’t know. I do know that the only other things I’ve done besides warfronts and WQs are heroic dungeons and the anniversary raid. They say “timewarped” so maybe they came from that raid? I don’t remember getting gear from it, but perhaps I got lucky. I did the event for the mount, not gear.
