The lack of last names, player housing, in game relationships, NPC posepacks/customization and so much more in 2020 is insulting.
When can’t I make a character that looks like Whitemane?
At present, I’m not planning to make an allied race Death Knight, but I am happy to see them as an option. It also opens up the possibility of future races, core and allied, being able to be Death Knight’s, which I am very happy for.

I would love all of that, but after playing for over 13 years I have given up hope. Addons cover some of what you list, but I know what you mean. Maybe one day, but probably not in the Shadowlands.
Void elf of course. It’s literally the only thing that will make me level this character
I have this idea for a Pandaren DK, i don’t RP, but i always built some story for my characters, so if i ever play a DK for real it will be a pandaren, but if allied races DKs can get heritage armor, i’ll roll one of each just to get the heritage armor.
Goblin DK. It’s just so funny.

Are you being funny or do you not know you could have rolled a goblin DK for 8 years?
I don’t think I will roll a new Death Knight until I know whether or not you can unlock an Allied Race’s Heritage with it. Cause I was planning on rerolling my Mag’har from Warrior to Death Knight, but I don’t want to do that unless I can unlock the Heritage that way. So I’ll wait til someone else to do it first.
Dunno. I already have a few allied races and a max character cap. So I guess some will be deleted and turned into DKs with the same name. Good thing I am on a RP server, I can make up stuff why they became one. Aleast going to aim for a NB female DK, void elf Male/Female DK (I got both genders, can delete them and turn them into DKs), might do a female Draenei Lightforged DK just for laughs.
As for the rest of the Allied Races, I only have one of each, and I don’t really want to delete them. (Mag’har Orc/KT Human/Zandalari). Maybe Panderen too but would mean someone gets deleted for good in order to have one. Unless Blizzard decides hey, maybe with all these allied races, and the gender/class combos, it’s time to raise the character cap so toons don’t get deleted.
Not deleting anyone til the day, don’t need a name to be taken because of it.
Mag’har. I’ll use the Laughing Skull skin with one of their masks from WoD.
I’m also race-changing Tzesh to a Zandalari Troll.

I just came back, I wasted 3 months trying to play as Horde. (It’s just not in my soul) Although I do like many characters. You know Thrall, Baine, ETC…
So I jumped ship on a brand new server on Alliance and I am not even revered with Ironforge.
So I will go with a night Elf probably, wooopty doo!
Void Elf Death Knights are going to be great for High Elf roleplayers. They can go for one of the lighter skin tones and just say they look that way because they’re dead.

I didn’t even realise this… they don’t? Not even just a little different decaying skins or different hair colors? Like how the night elves have pink hair and blood elves have that blueish or white color the normal ones don’t get? You mean all the Nightborne will still look exactly like their normal selves?
What… What is the point then? I mean sure maybe this is just some pre expansion things, like once Shadowlands hit we will have an actual starter zone to level in and have actual DK skins. I only hope anyways, because it seems pointless if my Nightborne can’t even have a different hair color, or if my void elves DKs don’t aleast have black with purple in it.
Otherwise… Sheesh Blizzard! Lazy!
