There are only 4 specs that can really register on a U.S senator disc priests radar as a threat and those are

1.devourer dh

2.aff and destro lock

3.rogue

4.frost mage

and maybe balance druid if you catch them a little offguard with a root solar beam burst.

Is their nigh-immortality becoming full immortality next patch?

They are more shield reliant which means less casting to potentially interupt and shadow mend is also baseline and shadow mend is shadow school not light now so that means another school of casting available to them if you kick penance and vise versa.

So yeah i’d say its probably going to be wildly overpowered.
