Exactly. I make my lunches for the week every Sunday. Just make a big batch of whatever & have it all week. Usually make a weeks worth of lunch for ~$20-30 for me & my son. Much cheaper than eating out.

Be mindful someone died recently of eating week old pasta he cooked and stored using that same method.
