Stuck on "Logging into game server" on every blizzard game

Tired WoW DF, SoD, Cata, D4 and even D3 but I can’t get past the login screen. I was able to try a VPN and it let me on so is it something on my end? I rebooted/restarted the router and did IPconfig release, renew and flush multiple times. Not sure what to do, im at my wits’ end
