I’d say the following:
Night Elf Paladin
Worgen Paladin
Worgen Monk
A case could be made for so many more class/race combos. Would love to see Blizz push new class options to all races.
I would like Paladin for Orcs, Night Elves, Kul’tirans and Worgen please.
I would like to see Paladins for Undead, Night Elf, Worgen, and Goblin.
I also would like to see Demon Hunter for All.
A Dragon class sounds cool so I want that as well for All.
Worgen Monk
Goblin Monk
Lightforged Monk (monk should honestly be baseline, giving each race at least one class for every armor type)
Draenei Rogue (re-integration of Rangari)
Tauren Rogue (re-integration of some Grimtotem under the Bloodhoof banner)
Mechagnome Druid (being the outlier druid in the same way Goblins are the outlier shaman)
Undead Paladin (perhaps something involving Calia, Sir Zeliek (in the Shadowlands?), and the most devout of the Forsaken priesthood)
Kul Tiran Paladin (re-integration with Stormwind sparks interest in the Silver Hand)
Night Elf Paladin (outlier case like Sunwalkers and Prelates, being an army of Elune’s moon-blessed warriors)
Highmountain Tauren Warlock (also add Feltotem/Bloodtotem customization)
Draenei Warlock (re-integration of Man’ari who surrendered post-Legion, include red/grey skin tones and green eye colors)

Those are the important combos to me at the moment.

Let’s see… for me I’d like:
Alliance:
- Void Elf - Demon Hunter (but with blue-black void themed abilities instead of fel)
- Night Elf - Paladin (but with soft blue-white light of Elune themed abilities instead of the standard yellow light)
- Lightforged Draenei - Monk (because why not?)
- Human - Druid (Alliance need another druid race and it could be justified that Humans now consist of Stormwindians and non-cursed Gilneans bringing their traditions)
Horde:
- Nightborne - Demon Hunter (Felborne were a thing in Legion so why not?)
- Forsaken - Paladin (it’s something I’ve seen requested for a long time and I see no reason why not).
- High Mountain - Warlock (with added Fel Totem customization, this could make sense and would be quite unique)
- Orc - Priest (This can be justified by Mag’hair orcs bringing their traditions over from Draenor and sharing them with the standard Orcs of Orgrimmar)
No race restrictions on classes. It’s silly.

These are what I’ve wanted since TBC. As mentioned above, their shouldnt be restrictions on class choices.
