Working out. I’ve never much had to worry about weight, but when work stress really peaked I found heavy weightlifting and bag work helps a lot. And when my bf Snickers at the sounds I make when I feebly kick the kicking bags it just makes me mad and I go harder
Oh and he’s always been a guitarist so he’s showing me how to play bass guitar so we can rock out together it’s hard but really fun

I play the flute and the harp. I taught myself how to knit a few years ago so I do that a little. I also make French beaded flowers and like to dance.

I am a keen gardener. I love my home grown vegetables.
Occasionally I’ll play other games - Civ 6, only just bought GTA 5 (I needed subtitles because I couldn’t understand their dialects).
Reading is a major time sink too, not just fiction (I favour sci-fi) but also current affairs via various websites. The comedy gold coming from the USA currently is most entertaining.
About a year ago I went through and reskinned about 20 or so quake 2 models so I could play against them in high-rez 32bpp glory. That was a fun project.

currently trying out yoga as i’ve lost enough flexibility to not be able to reach my toes anymore. sometimes i smoke unfiltered tobacco and ride motorcycles. i also ride body powered Trikke.
when i was younger, i enjoyed assembling plastic scale models. now i am just lazy and collect 1:18 scale die cast vehicles
