What are you listening to now? V5 (Part 1)

Had some bad dreams last night. Enough to make me change my mog, and listen to heavier music all day.

The singer for this band looks like the most generic-looking person ever, and it's kinda funny to me.

The Now Now
New Gorillaz album

I had the song Tranz on repeat for like 3 hours
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q1b-I-LBDDw

Only odd thing is the song on the cd is sung in uh. Whats the word. Falsetto? The live version the vocals are deeper because Damon's voice got deeper

Funfact to add to this post
I've listened to the song Tranz 191 times so far

Currently I am only listening to one of the voices in my head. The other 5 or 6 are just speaking nonsense. When I listen to them I tend to get in to trouble.

Live at Wacken 2009. Less than a year later the legendary Ronnie James Dio died from stomach cancer. 69 years old here and his voice here sounded as powerful and as amazing as ever.

I also love Tony Iommi. His guitar tone, phrasing, riffs...I can listen to him play all day.

It's not that I dislike U2, ok Bono annoys me, but as a band I heard enough of them on the radio without buying any of their mega albums.

From a random remark I made earlier today, I haven't been able to get this out of my head. Currently have replayed it about 4 times and will let it go on next to other songs...

Y'all don't wanna hear me, you just wanna dance.
Another one of my summer albums, Lenny Kravitz greatest hits. I used to rag on Lenny a lot that he didn't have a sound of his own, and then I realized no matter what he was doing I could tell it was him... so he did have style.

I've had some time to digest most of the metal albums that came out last year, and concluded that the top of the pile is Clairvoyant. It's just a pleasure to listen to. I recommend headphones!

Honestly I appreciate the love more in here than I do out there. My gosh it's like a warzone in GD LOL. They need some of what we have here.

Edit: Got excited, created "What are you Listening to Now" community, realized you cannot copy links (or click them) from the window, deleted the group. Oh, well.
I have a station in Pandora called my "Class-C" playlist. (Yes, I am an IT geek) It plays mostly 90's stuff, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Temple of the Dog, Mad Season, Candlebox, etc. This is my go-to music for basically everything, be it work or WoW.

I've been getting back into PJ Harvey lately too, from the Is This Desire era. So today will be a mix of the two.
