Well I’ll name in a slang of not being able to tank . 
no you create a character now with that name , and just before you make your new one you delete the character with teh name you reserved
i have reserved Sonstrasza -after my wife as she is definately teh queen of dragons ( looks over shoulder to make sure she who must be obeyed isnt behind me at present )
