Combat is a big one for me. I think ESO does quests WAY better but the combat is super floaty. GW2 does world design way better and the combat is great but there’s so few abilities (or more accurately, you have a very small loadout of 10 buttons for which to carry an array of abilities).
Raids and M+. No one else currently makes dungeons and raids that feel as tightly designed as WoW.
Transmog. The real end game, right?
Current power levels. We are in the “it’s the last major patch before an expansion, here’s a stupid amount of player power” and it feels pretty crazy.
Excitement over the soon-to-be cross faction play.
Paying for that cool astral transmog from the cash shop and having it disappear from your collection every other day and Blizzard knows it’s an issue and they’re sorry but they fired all their QA people probably after sexually harassing them so too bad. Oh wait, redeeming…
Excited to see where papa Phil Spencer takes this company. Very happy with how he has enabled other studios I love to get even better.
The current rep grind only takes like 15/min a day, which is great.
I love the dark ranger leaks.
More importantly I love that there’s still no sign of tinkers because seriously ew don’t want that in my world ya know? Worst concept since pandarians.

Combat is a big plus for me, that is why I prefer it over other mmos.

the endgame in wow is superior to any mmo
everything else has been reduced to crap

As others have said, WoW has a really smooth combat system with no gcd delays or anything like that. Also I personally think this game has the best endgame, just my opinion.
The combat, mainly the healing. I’ve played literally every major MMO released (RS3, OSRS, ESO, Tera, GW2, FFXIV, KOTR, LA, NW, and more to endgame) and nothing quite compares to how smooth WoWs combat is.
The three pillars of endgame PVP, M+, and Raiding are really great and no other MMO really quite achieves that (yes it can be dramatically improved).
FFXIV is probably the closest ive ever gotten to having that special game besides WoW (mainly due to my old battle buddy getting me into in before he passed back in 2014) and I would love for WoW to seriously take a look at what FFXIV does well to improve, but even then I cant stay in FF without getting drawn back to WoW
Old expansions. Making gold. Achievements. Leveling toons, to have more crafters, to make more gold by selling things.
I forgot to include in my previous post that I tried many other mmos: GW2, ESO, FFXIV, Tera, Rift, Grand Fantasia, Eden Eternal, Lost Ark, New World etc. And I haven’t found a mmo yet that beats WoW for me, even though it has many problems.

The plethora of mounts, both ground and flying.
Pets, battle pets, so many.
The amount of animals/creatures hunters can tame.
Achievements
Being able to go back to old dungeons and raids and run them solo, at my own pace and actually be able to appreciate them more.
The combat, powers, action, movements of most of the characters.
The variety of races and classes(although I want more races)
The art and music
I love the classes. I love how easy it is to learn to play a new class. They are not confusing. (Try a class in Black Desert if you want to see Confusing).
I love the BM Hunter design. Best pet class since SWG Creature Handlers.
I don’t love the graphics and it took me a long time to even like them. But they grew on me.
I love the humor and the Puns in the quests. Even though some have been removed for being risque. “I have a gigantic sak”
I love the NPC with cute or funny names. (Such as in Dragon Soul “Sky Captain Swayze” and “Ka’anu Reevs”, Point Blank movie reference.)
I’ve never been a huge Lore follower but I love some of the familiar characters. Anduin, Sylvanas, Thrall, Jaina, Bwonsandi, I love it when I see them around in game.
I love some of the events. Like when Deathwing would fly through a zone leaving a trail of destruction and you could get the “Stood in the Fire” Achievement if he killed you.
