I prefer a meta where all healers are viable in their own way where not 1 or 2 healers are exceptionally dominant over others. As for dps, a meta where melee/caster + setup comps have greater diversity than cleaves. So basically a meta where class design has more depth and complexity with rewarding playstyles instead of a rudimentary 3 button spam.
