I so failed at that quest it wasn’t even funny. LOL
… okay, it was actually hilarious how bad I was at that quest. 
I have to go with “The Immortal”.
I was going to say, “Hand of A’dal” is a top favorite. I had it on three characters, completely earned on my own in three different raid groups. (Remember, at the time it was not shared account wide.) Those are the only three characters I allow to use it. 
My current title on my hunter is “The Chosen”, since she’s been my main non-stop since 2004. 
My current title on my demon hunter is “The Beloved”, which is an odd choice since normally I almost exclusively use raid-earned titles. However, it just fits. I fell so in love with the character, I lasted less than a week without him at the start of BfA. Normally every expansion it’s been my hunter and my mage (my two raiders) who are leveled exclusively first, but he got included quickly and became a third raiding character.
Most of my characters have historical reasons for the titles they wear. 
This would be one of my top favorites if I had it. I’m a bit salty I don’t. My raid team was VERY close to getting it, but we had ONE PERSON with a bad connection who would keep DCing here and there and would always wind up dead somewhere along the line. They were a long-time guildie and close friends with the guild leader, so the guild leader never wanted to sit them out. (Honestly, had that been me, I would have sat myself out so everyone else could get the title but this person didn’t do that. 
) My consolation is I do have The Undying because said person did not come to the 10 man group.

I usually just use my old Vanilla Knight rank on this character, and Assistant Professor on one of my warriors. My other characters just use whatever title fits my whims at the moment.
My favorite title as well.

The Predator… doesn’t everyone want to be known as a predator? 
Only one I want is gladiator m. I’ve had duelist and other raid titles etc. but glad Is the only one. Some of the old alliance titles were cool before being nerfed like Justicar and Insane

The Masked Chuckler. It’s a neat title and most folks have no idea where it comes from.
My favorite title in-game is, The Insane. I even use it on all of my characters!
