I am a simple man. So simple I couldn’t be bothered to do the Shadowmourne questline, therefore I run around with “the Light of Dawn”.
I like switching my titles around a lot but some I really enjoy using come down to:
- the Love Fool
- the Proven Healer / Assailant
- the Fabulous
And one that I really need to get but slack so much on is ‘Gorgeous’.
Loremaster. It is my most prestige title.
My title says it all “Fabulous” and is a statement in and of itself! 
I like Dragonslayer, but as a fan of sword of a truth series I am shooting for The Seeker.
Bloodsail admiral on this toon got it back when it was still mildly hard to get.

My favorite now is “the Dreamer”. Many regards Casual players as a Soft players. Well, I believe a Casual with completion of Mythic Raiding should be respected. I got “the Dreamer” when I was fanatic with WoW during Emerald Nightmare even though I had limited playtime.
I rarely use my first and original toon back in Vanilla. But if I use him, he is carrying the title: Lt. Commander. I could have pursued the Grand Marshal title but I chose the Naxx40 path. I have no regrets.

Knight-Champion. Makes me think of Lothar
Commander for Shar, because I earned it on her and it fits well
Professor for my Gnome Engineer is the only other character of mine that has a specific title
