When I first got the game back in 2017 all I cared about was getting to suramar because how beautiful it looked in the pictures and the videos. And when I finally got there, and of course I couldn’t fly, that place is just associated with absolute torture and misery.
Everyone makes the joke of “an illusion, what are hiding” but that place drove me absolutely nuts as an arms warrior. The whole path not found leap attack thing trying to get across water in the canals was a constant source of frustration.
Trying to escape the north end elite guards. Finding the dungeon entrances.
As a new player, I did not understanding the whole dynamic.
I know I’ve said this before but the reason I made a death knight and because I didn’t feel like working on getting a water strider was that I knew they had the ability to use Frozen path.
Plus I learned I liked the rotation better than arms warrior but I’m off track… Suramar was just pure misery except for the giant dinosaur attack thing in the Menagerie.
