I have a TV across the room for watching. Watching Vox Machina, but I have to keep pausing it when my 5-year-old decides it’s time for her to play in the basement.
I’ve been running around on a new dwarf doing archeology, watching Sword Art Online on my second monitor.
I don’t have a second monitor but these days when I am farming I typically have have a Shonda Rhimes show going in a minimized window so I can listen to it. Finished Private Practice last week (I did not remember it being that bad) and am now working my way thru Scandal.
Been watching alot of Battletech content,on my second monitor.
Opera GX with youtube, whatsapp, manga and manhwa pages, reddit, etc.
Usually OBS on raid nights or doing some fun content so my gf can watch (no one else does). Then Discord, a note page with pre-typed report reasons to copy and paste into the game, and usually a few chrome tabs.
Lately been watching a lot of Games Done Quick hotfixes and rewatching Fringe on HBO. Though I will switch to some YouTube from time to time. Definitely some Spotify while working from home.
I have my second monitor hooked up to my second computer. It is basically for the Sims… because I am a little bit lame. I have a Sims only computer. 
Research mostly. Always looking for something. And sometimes I’m mapping controllers for wow or some other game. Second screen comes in handy for stuff like that.

Usually the forums or youtube. Sometimes it’s actual work I should be doing.

though I guess lately I’ve been watching youtube videos of people hunting invasive pythons/iguanas in the everglades. so I guess that’s kind of a sport.

during raid, if it’s a more difficult boss, I’ll have notes about the fight, but mostly just, well… the forums.

I just finished rewatching the Anthony Bourdain shows. So probably going to have Twitch there again, DonFandango most likely since TW:Warhammer 3 just dropped. That’ll cover a good 6 to 8 hours if I no life it. Otherwise I just put YouTube on auto play and let the rabbit hole run.
My other wow account or accounts + windows excel or word + chrome and my bnet launcher… oh and the calculator.
Yes I somehow get all that to fit on one screen and yes it doesn’t look pretty LOL
