Yes, correct, but bagged green tea has lower oxalate levels as the bag filters some out. I can have all the bagged green tea I want, just can only have one moderate strength cup of coffee per day.

Hmm, actually it turns out that cranberries are moderate oxalate, so might be able to squeeze it in. Trader Joeâs has a pure cranberry juice whoâs ingredients are: cranberries. No sugar no water just pure. Maybe a small shot a day of that would be fine.
