not much of a drinker either. I do like using beer and other things in cooking

A fav is to let burgers marinaide in beer and thousand island dressing

It’s probably not much more harmful than the Coca cola I drink instead though.

it depends. I got a history of dementia on mom’s side of the family. So my general doc thinks its a good idea for me to go light on the alcohol

But I do still sneak an occasuional guinness, just not like i used to in my 20 something days

My bf is happy I’m easing up on the drinking too. Not cause I was overboard, but I think he felt wimpy when he’d do coors and I’d do guinness /giggle
