by the token you buy. this week the vendor is on timeless isle. on her last page of items to buy is a few different purchasable tokens. So say you wanted to boost your shado-pan assault for the transmog gear, you could specifically purchace tokens for that rep
they’re bind on account. So lets say you wanted to boost horde cyndi on one, and you had tokens on human cyndi. Human Cyndi could buy the rep tokens you want and mail them to horde Cyndi
