It dropped from a mob in northeast darkshore

got to get back to my medal grind for the kitty mount, took a couple day break

No pvp involved when your side controls the zone, so it’s a pleasant little grind

simplest way is to go near the boats for your faction in each city (Like Mr Blightcaller’s boat in Zandalar), if the portal to the zone is up near by, it is pvp safe

it’s goes back and forth on an odd sliding thing. there is 7 days where the warfront senario is open, then there is a few days where it’s open for mount farming, then there is a third cycle where there are dailies for resources to open it up again.
