Did I read that right, DK get a 2% haste raid buff now?
I wish. They did some bugg fixes from what I see and that is it.
Nope, this just replaces the old 5% haste for standing in DnD with a passive 2% haste. The fact they listed this change right before talking about raid buffs made it sound like a raid buff, but it is not a raid buff, it is only on the DK.
