Used character service to unstuck th

Use the web based unstuck and be logged out of the game. Battle.net app level is fine, but not in game one sometimes does not work. Nor does the reconnect button.
So try the web one.

Log out of game and open link with web browser. You could try the unstuck self service. https://us.battle.net/support/en/help/wf/wow/586/834/submitted Wait for “Continue”…may need to log in. This will list your last played toons.
