Maybe also:
“You asked for a fishing!”
“FishSlap the money back!”
“Don’t talk back to me fish!”
This. They just finally relented on the Spring Crown for transmog. Why can’t people use the Hallow’s End / Winter Veil things year round as well?
If you’re gonna let everyone run around in their yeti jammies, then quit acting like transmog restrictions make any damn sense.
I’m not too worried about it. I decided to showcase some shirts since you can hide the chest. This particular mog is built around my guild shirt. I was told it looks stupid, but don’t really care if it means something to me.
Immersion Breaking
Onesie see it
You can’t onesie it.
We went to other planets, went back in time in a AU in a medieval game but one-piece pyjamas is where you draw the line?
I don’t think this is as dire as it’s made out to be. We have a lot of silly things in the game, and most the time, people don’t use them all the time. Those that do, why care…we worry too much about others simply having a little fun.
I don’t think this is going to be a trend or anything, but if they ever come out with panda onesies…I’m all over that.
Like the murloc costume from Vanilla? Like turning into a mechagnome? Like shooting rainbows at people? Like the HUNDREDs of toys that have been around for a decade?
Does my xmog rUiN yOuR IMMerZion?
I use toys to look like odd beasts regularly. I don’t see it as a problem, but fighting in your pjs does seem stupid, so I personally wouldn’t partake outside of a city.
Fighting in a robe seems silly as well. So does swimming in full plate.
“I don’t like something, so no one should be able to use it”.
Yes! Just like how I don’t like living. so no one should be able to do it!
You’re upset that the in-game pajamas you got as a bonus for buying a ticket to a real-life event are immersion-breaking?
but why is it immersion breaking? We’ve got space ships, time travel, dimension hopping. Heaven and hell equivalents, even Lovecraft horrors and Dragons that turn into mortals.
Why are PJ’s going to break your immersion?
So do body builder looking mages, bones and rotting flesh hitting as hard as muscle bound swoll cows. Lots of stuff make no sense if you wanna get into immersion…
I just assume those mages lift and every undead CrossFits.
I’d like a link to anything where Blizzard blames their players for the wendigo outfit.
Why lift when you got magic? No sense! lol
Brah, did you just ask “why lift”? And you claim to be a Human Paladin…
You’re playing a Kul Tiran rogue. To me, that is immersion breaking.
