A bit difficult to find currently because the MDI meta is currently disc priest, but I imagine the people playing with default UI in MDI for disc priest would probably play with resto druid, too.
Even though when you cancel your subscription Blizzard gives you a big text box to tell them why which reaches them very directly.
The takeaway from this is that you shouldn’t make claims like that without any ability to back them up.

No, options are not being removed from the game; more options are being introduced to the game.

The only way you can legitimately believe this is if you have literally no understanding of the enormous addon ecosystem.
And nobody has a problem with the base UI being improved. I would love for them to make the base UI not a flaming bag of poo. But there are many thousands of addons being removed. That is absolutely, unquestionably removing choice and options from the game.

Your claim was that no one in MDI/AWC plays with the default UI, then you moved the goal posts to just ask for someone playing resto druid with the default UI at that level.
I can personally attest to seeing people playing a healer with the default UI in MDI, even though I haven’t personally seen a resto druid. If I took the time to scour the MDI history to find someone who plays with the default UI who once played a resto druid for a MDI run, would that change your mind? Or would you still claim it’s not possible?
Just want to point out that if your goal is to make a point to Blizzard you should spend all your gold on tokens. The gold was already purchased so you canceling your sub and spending the gold will at least require them to provide a service for that gold. See ya in a year.

Wow changed so much over the years, I would fully understand why someone would quit over this. The game just isn´t the same anymore and that is one reason why my last expansion that I bought was Cata.
But to quit over a custom UI, is something I find hard to understand. Blizzard has added a customization tool, why not use this one?
In the end, there are many good MMO´s out there, but if they give you your UI back, I doubt it.
Blizzard’s customization is less than 1% of what we can currently do with addons. Calling it a customization tool and acting as if it’s akin to what we currently have is just plainly wrong. Yes, we can move some things around now and resize them a bit, but it’s far, far, FAR more limited than what we have right now. It’s not comparable at all.

I already have…I haven’t touched remix in 3 days now despite having 3 months of game time left. It’s just like…why should I waste time on a dead game that I’m walking away from as soon as my game time is up.
Blizzard is about to get a rude awakening that will make Shadowlands look like nothing. This really could be the end. Unfortunately I doubt the people responsible for this will be held accountable. But they won’t have jobs anymore once the game dies.

What I meant is that some people play with the default UI in MDI, and they play every class/spec for their role, whatever is the current MDI/AWC meta.
It’s difficult to find resto druid specifically right now because disc priest is the current meta. Your claim is “people don’t play every class/spec at AWC/MDI level with default UI”, but that’s because not every class/spec is meta right now for MDI/AWC.
Yeah, I have hardly played remix (after collecting virtually everything in MoP remix) because it all feels really pointless now.

Again, addons are not part of the game and therefore nothing is being removed. There has never been a guarantee that addons would be available.
