I still have Jeb’s underwear. The quest is complete …. Not sure if I’m suppose to have these or not? I currently have them sitting in my bank. I am not even sure if they’re clean. I swear I haven’t smelled them… not trying to make things weird.

The comments on Wowhead say that they’re useless once you have finished the quest, so you either throw them in the dust bin or you wait until the owner appears. 
My rogue does not have them in the inventory nor on the bank. May be a bug that this has not been removed.

I ended up with Valeera’s pants in Legion… I accidentally ripped them…
