So I’m flying around Tiragarde Sound and the game stutters for a second closes completely to the desktop (taskbar icon disappears as well) then shortly after the game comes back like nothing had happened. It’s really bizarre and it has never happened before.

Reviewing the error this sounds like a third party conflict is stealing focus such as third party streaming(OBS64.exe), overclocking or overlay software.
Your Operating System is also reporting LiveKernelEvent P1: 141 which are often related to DirectX or TDR errors. This can occur if the GPU is unstable from an overclock, third party conflict, driver issue, hardware or power supply issue.
I would recommend to try the following steps:
Disable all background applications following the steps Here.
If you have your CPU, Ram or GPU overclocked, revert any changes and disable the software.
