I also miss first aid being a baseline profession. Always found it easy to level because cloth is always dropping from various mobs. Was also fun to patch random people up when they were injured.

Which leads into… I miss the First Aid quest at Darkmoon Faire [Putting the Carnies Back Together Again]. Skillups, XP, and prize tickets, all gone… every month.
