Weird artifacting on other players

So I am on an M1 MacBook Air with 16 GB of RAM. I’m playing TBC Classic. My character nor NPCs have any rendering issues. However, other characters have a strange graphical artifact. There are red, green, and blue streaks and dots on them. It reminds me of BfA corrupted gear except multiple colors. My drivers are up to date and the laptop is brand new.

I have the same issue with my M1 Mac Mini 8GB. I don’t understand why no one else is talking about this? Are we the only two people playing on M1 Macs?

Very few people seem to be playing on M1 Macs. I thought my Mac was faulty (it’s new so I worried the GPU shipped with issues) until I saw a few others comment on this. Hopefully it gets fixed soon because it’s very annoying.
