Same issue as everyone else.
Also, despite this bug supposedly being fixed on the next weekly reset (which is today 9/24) it still hasn’t been. My character doesn’t get weekly awakening machine, theater, etc. etc. just like last week.

Yup same here, still an issue. When submitting a ticket, just like you said, they had claimed to fix the bug 6 days ago. Obviously not the case as we’re still here.
