Only if its part of the award. I’ve gotten AA or Knowledge for JC and LW. Also the amount of AA I get from one of the patron orders is 10 and the cost to make that is insane.
you have to do the patron’s orders I believe. With the weekly quests I ended up with about 150 AA this week and I couldn’t do most of my tailors

do you have to be a certain crafting skill for the weekly quest to appear? im not seeing them, I assume they show up near the trainers/crating tables?
If you don’t have at least one level 80, you’re not going to see them. There also doesn’t appear to be one for enchanting, unless I’m totally missing it at both the trainer and the crafting order building.

You get them from where you place crating orders. They are just the fill 2 or 3 orders quest.
I couldn’t find the list either, but I have a WeakAura that lists them for each prof presumably from beta data, so I went through and compiled the list for all the crafting professions. These appear to be from open-world treasures like the Arathi hoards, maybe even the disturbed dusts? etc, but you may be able to get some of them from drops as well:

Craft order building, inside there is a sweet tauren lady. She offers the quests for all professions (except the gatherer ones).
And ofc she is bugged she is also giving no enchanting quests
Noticed there doesn’t seem to be an Enchanting quest, even though there is a fair few enchanting NPC orders.
Not sure if this is a bug or not.
It’s weird. I found the quest but the blacksmithing work station has no patron orders available even though there were tons yesterday. And at the actual consortium they NPCs say they are not accepting orders at the moment. Very strange. 
Looks like they are down again.
I am having trouble finding the leatherworking weekly. I have the skinning one but I don’t see a leatherworking one. My LW is 70, skinning 100. Do you need 100 before a weekly is available or am I just blind?
It’s in the building where you got your AA at the start of the expansion. With the vendor where you can buy skill books with AA. It’s craft 2 or 3 orders.

Havent found the alch weekly. The herb weekly i found in the building where the trainer is.

For those of you who are talking about enchanting not having a quest… I believe that this is intended and enchanting gets all its weekly knowledge points from disenchanting now… if my understanding is correct.
Yes, I read that elsewhere here in the forums. Enchanting is treated as a gathering profession for knowledge point purposes.
They enabled the Enchaniting quest. You should be able to find it next to the Enchanting table in Dornogal.
Ahh yes, the patron orders, which require 50k gold for 20 dust and a random useless bag of 3 herbs as a reward.
That isn’t even in the realm of logic.

Did the skinning gathering quest in Dornogal no problem.
Completed Dense Delivery, skinning gathering quest in Valdrakken and did not get credit for it for the Trading Post Gathering quest
