All the boom crew must be off work because the 13k go, 100 resil crew is all over the place.
Sounds like a non-issue because the enemy team is also randomly assembled and will also have casual players
Bgs are for gearing up and leveling now and arenas are the competitive pvp.
RBGs solves this in cata, so gotta wait unfortunately.

Your class has strong arena comps too.
That’s little to no incentive to bother doing arenas atm for most players…
The highest rating most have any incentive to go for is 1600 to unlock chest, which they could just get from wintergrasp.
You get outright better weapons from pve, and rampant unaddressed rating deflation via lower participation makes sure that the overwhelming majority of players aren’t seeing shoulders ratings.
Meanwhile all the gear the average player is going to unlock is attainable from VoA anyway, and even if it wasn’t, they’d have the points to buy it all within a week from yoloing 5s.
